Photography Ireland

Hi All,
As you may know Photography Ireland was launched at the National
Shield Finals in Mullingar a couple of weeks ago.
Many clubs have not received copies yet. I have copies for distribution to
SACC clubs – which will be distributed at the SACC Print and Projected Image
competition in Clonmel on Sunday 7 December.
Please arrange for a member from your club to collect copies for your club
on the day.
The book includes colour and mono images, and most clubs in the country are
represented.
Price in the shops is €20 but club members just pay *€15*.

This one is on tripod options and advise, check out their other videos online on both camera skills and photoshop techniques, and also the video tutorials which come with the Digital Photo magazine they are great for anyone trying to get to grips with photoshop.

Visit to Thurles Camera Club

We would like to extend out thanks to Thurles Camera Club for the warm welcome provided to our members who visited their club meeting last night in Hayes Hotel. A great night was had by all and we look forward to having Thurles Camera Club come and visit us in the New Year. Pictured above are some of members of  both the Thurles and Carrick Camera Clubs.

Many thanks to all the members who went to great effort to prepair logo proposals for the club there were some fantastic entries, but of course we can only have one logo and the members voted by a big majority for Pat Nolan's entry thankyou very much Pat.
