SACC Nature Competition Results

Well done to our members. For a club formed less than one year and with a large number of members taking part in an SACC competition for the very first time a special congratulations is in order. First of all congrats to all that entered, and many thanks to everyone who helped out in making the event the success that it was. We received a lot of very positive feedback from other clubs on how the event was run and quite a few were amazed that we not yet a year in existence and yet were willing to host such an event, so again well done to everyone involved, you can give yourself a pat on the back.
The club was very well represented in the competition, with 7 entrants in the Prints comp, and 5 entrants in the projected images.
Only one other club had more entrants in the Prints, which was Mallow with 8, and one other club having more entrants in the projected, Waterford with 7.
And very well done to those who's images go on to the next round,
Michael Hickey, James O Neill, Joe Cashin, Patsy Choi, Martina Coady, Wayne Littlewood, Francis Quigley, well done also to our other members Thomas Gee, Pete Smith and Margaret Lucas who entered for their respective clubs. For a club which is still in its infancy the list of images going to the next round is very impressive.
